They discuss the company’s newly implemented ALL initiative, which works to ensure that inclusion and diversity become, and remain, a key aspect of corporate culture.

“It’s named ALL because we want everyone to feel included, regardless of gender, sexual preference, or race,” says Laurent Claquin, the president of Kering Americas, on the importance of inclusion.
